Here’s all the exciting information about processing and refunds! I am a full time teacher and usually pretty busy during the school year, but I will do my best to work with you on time frames!

Custom Commissions:

Approximate processing/painting time is 3-4 weeks, depending on size of painting. I will contact you with time frame information once you have ordered. Please feel free to contact me first if you need a time estimate before ordering!
I do not accept returns/refunds after shipping, but will send you a painting progress image and final painting image before shipping to make sure you are happy with the commission. I can make some adjustments, but no full repainting.
I will offer up to a 30% refund on custom work if you need to cancel your order before shipment. The time and materials that I put into each commission do not allow me to issue a full refund.
